Lawrenceburg Point Deviation Stops:

Monday through Friday Schedule:

WEST Bound:

From Lutheran Manor in Lawrenceburg (15 Village Drive, Ludlow Hill) to Lion's Club in Aurora (northeast corner of 2nd and Main). Call the office to schedule rides*, or meet the Catch-A-Ride vehicle for standard pickup between 9:00am - 3:00pm, at the top of every hour. See below for information regarding stops at Kroger and Wal-Mart.

*For either location, call the office to schedule pickups between 7:00 - 9:00am and 4:00 - 6:00pm.

Stops at Wal-Mart prior to 9:15am and after 4:00pm ("demand response" times) may be arranged by calling the Catch-A-Ride office.

Catch-A-Ride Public Transportation will not operate on the following holidays:

A Catch-A-Ride vehicle operates on a Saturday service schedule in Dearborn County on the following holidays:

	President's Day		Labor Day
	Good Friday		The Day after Thanksgiving
	Memorial Day		Christmas Eve Day or Day after Christmas

What is a Point Deviation Route?

A point deviation route operates within the higher population areas in an established directional route pattern with limited checkpoint stops, but without the usual designated vehicle stops since riders are picked up at their residence along the route and delivered to their desired destination. This type of system is much more accessible and convenient for the public. Individuals don’t have to walk several blocks to a bus stop and are not dropped off at a bus stop that could be several blocks from their destination. Individuals can schedule rides with as little as fifteen minutes to a half hour of pickup lead-time due to Catch-A-Ride’s direct radio contact with its vehicles. This allows for a high level of spontaneity in individual transportation plans.

Passengers may board or exit the Catch-A-Ride Public Transit Vehicle at any checkpoint without calling for a pickup. Passengers wishing to be picked up at other locations within Dearborn County need to call 1-800-330-7603 or 812-432-3960 to schedule a pickup.

Fares:

$1.50 to any point on our Point Deviation Route or within 5 miles

$4.50 to any point within the county

$1.00 additional for crossing each county

Persons over the age of 60, persons with disabilities, and children 12 and under receive a 50% discount. Children under 5 ride free with paying adult.
