Hours of Operations:

Catch-A-Ride operates as needed  Monday-Friday, 6am to 6pm.  For point deviation route schedules, call the Catch-A-Ride office for a brochure on routes available in your community.

How to Get a Ride:

When calling the Catch-A-Ride office to schedule a ride, please be ready to provide:

	Your name
	Your pick-up address
	Date, time & duration of appointment
	Destination address
	If an escort is going with you

Catch-A-Ride has wheelchair accessible vehicles available upon request.  Passengers with portable oxygen tanks are welcome. 

If it is not possible to schedule your trip at the requested time, you may be offered an alternate time. 

Remember: The sooner you call, the better your chance of getting a ride when you need one.

Some areas have certain days set aside for grocery shopping. Call for more information.

Rules of the Road:

may result in loss of riding privileges. ***

Please remember:

	Your driver may be picking up and dropping off other passengers before
	reaching your destination.
	Be prepared for delays due to traffic or bad weather.
	Plan your trip.  For example, if you must be somewhere at 10:00am, you may
	need to be picked up at 8:45am.
	The vehicle cannot back track. Vehicles must remain on the scheduled route.

Fares & Tokens: 

	Children under 12, persons with disabilities, and persons over 60 are half
	price.  Disabled persons may apply for a discount card by calling the Catch-A-Ride office.  Children under 5 ride for free with a paid adult.
	Prices could vary for special trips.
	Tokens are available in rolls at discounted price(s).

Our drivers are required to collect fares

as customers board the vehicles.

Cancellations:

Cancellations should be made as soon as possible.  Passengers who fail to call to cancel their trip will be considered a cancel on arrival (COA).  After three COA's, services may be suspended for a week.  Repeated COA's may result in permanent suspension.

No Specific Request:

In order to provide the greatest number of passengers with prompt, efficient, friendly service we are unable to honor specific requests for: driver, seat, vehicle, route, or with certain passengers.

Holidays:

Catch-A-Ride does not operate on:

	New Year's Day		Thanksgiving
	4th of July		Christmas Day

Catch-A-Ride operates on a Saturday service schedule in Aurora, Greendale & Lawrenceburg, Batesville and Madison on:

	Presidents’ Day		Labor Day
	Good Friday		Day after Thanksgiving
	Memorial Day		Christmas Eve or the day after Christmas

Weather Policy:

Catch-A-Ride reserves the right to suspend operation on certain roads if roads are deemed unsafe for passengers or drivers.
