prepared for delays due to traffic or

your trip. For example, if you must be
somewhere at 10:00am, you may |

to be picked up at 8:45am.

vehicle cannot back track. Vehicles must
remain on the scheduled route. |

disabilities, and persons over 60 are

Our drivers are required to collect

as customers board the vehicles.

Cancellations:
Cancellations should be made as soon as
possible. Passengers who fail to call to
cancel their trip will be considered a cancel
on arrival (COA). After three COA's,
services may be suspended for a week.
Repeated COA's may result in permanent
suspension.

greatest number of passengers with prompt, efficient,
friendly service we are unable to honor specific requests
for: driver, seat, vehicle, route, or with certain
passengers.

certain roads if roads are deemed unsafe for
passengers or drivers.
